Rather than file and store old paper documents, people have begun to use digital storage methods (CDs, DVDs, hard drives, etc.) to save time and space. The goal of organization and cleanliness may be achieved by storing your data this way, but security is still an issue. Your confidential information (or that of your clients) that once would have taken thousands of boxes to store is now available in a neat little package. Not only does this make life easier for you, it makes stealing that information much easier for would-be identity thieves. It is important to remember to properly and safely dispose of digital media in the same fashion as you would your paper materials. Simply erasing or sanitizing your hard drives does not guarantee that your private information is non-retrievable.

If it contains confidential information, we can destroy it! If you do not see a product listed that you would like destroyed, please contact us and we will let you know if we can dispose of your material as well. Once it has been confirmed that we will be able to destroy your material, we will set up a time to come pick up the material in a secure truck. The product will then be delivered to our plant where it will be destroyed immediately.
You also have the option of shipping your material directly to our plant for destruction. For additional security, you can also request one of our secure, steel storage containers to be sent to you. These containers each have a lock, as well as a unique serial number imprinted on them. Place your hard drives, or other materials, inside the container. Then, lock the container and ship it back to us. Upon receiving your container, we will contact you to verify the serial number of your container and ensure that the lock has not been tampered with before we unlock the container and destroy your material.
